Helmia has around 400 employees and generates over 2 billion kronor in revenue. All operations are conducted in Värmland. Claims Adjuster for Helmia Bil in Karlstad

We at Helmia Bil are now looking for a dedicated Claims Adjuster for our claims center in Karlstad. In this role, you will be the customer's first point of contact in the claims process and act as the link between the vehicle owner and the insurance companies. Your work aims to create a close and personal relationship with the customer and ensure a smooth and professional claims handling.

As a Claims Adjuster, you will work closely with the claims coach, painter, and parts specialist, and you will report to the claims center manager.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for making accurate and efficient calculations for vehicle damages. Your role also includes communicating with customers and insurance companies to ensure the best possible service and satisfaction.

You will work with:

• Managing the entire claims process, from booking to invoicing
• Creating and maintaining good customer relationships
• Preparing damage assessments and work orders
• Communicating and collaborating with insurance companies
• Ensuring that the department complies with legal requirements and reporting any deviations
• Staying updated on new technology and industry developments

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you need to:

• Have experience in customer service and claims handling
• Have knowledge of claims processes and insurance management
• Enjoy working in a structured and independent manner
• Have good communication and collaboration skills

We also see that you have a technical education in automotive or equivalent experience from working life. You are meticulous and have an eye for detail while being able to work efficiently with good communication skills. If you have experience working with the calculation system Cabas, it is a merit.
